Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Within Pakistan: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location
- Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as evidence. We will assess the situation and respond accordingly.
