Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Accepted Returns We accept returns only on items that are:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during any sale, promotion, or campaign
- Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse
How to Request a Return: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return. Our team will review your request. If your case is valid, we will share return instructions.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we offer two options:
- Exchange — Choose a replacement product of equal value
- Refund — The item price (excluding original shipping charges) will be transferred to your account
Refunds are processed after inspection and may take a few business days.
